​​Max Miller is the creator and host of the series, “Tasting History with Max Miller” on YouTube where he recreates dishes from the past and explores their history. The channel has amassed over 4.28M+ subscribers since its inception, and garnered over 855M views, from what originally began as a passion project during the pandemic.

Max’s channel has been covered in outlets like America’s Test Kitchen, ABC’s Localish, Binging With Babish, Chowhound, Foodsided, GLAAD, KTLA Morning News, Mythical Kitchen’s A Hot Dog is a Sandwich podcast, The Rachael Ray Show & Today.com.

He has had the opportunity to collaborate with many notable brands and organizations most recently with the Feature Film “The Kings Man” & FX's "Shogun."

On April 18, 2023, Max’s first book, based on his his YouTube series, was published by Simon Element of Simon & Schuster. It quickly became a NY Times Best Seller and was the #1 Book sold on Amazon.com the week of August 21, 2023.

Max currently resides in Los Angeles, California with his husband, José, and their three cats.
