Jason Beard is the founder of **Shoestring TV** and the creative force behind the hit audio dramas *Leo Brawn: Demon Hunter*, *Magnetar*, and *Topaz & Stillman: An 80s Adventure.* A writer, producer, and storyteller at heart, Jason has built Shoestring TV into a home for bold, cinematic podcasts that blend horror, comedy, and action with immersive sound design and rich world-building. His passion lies in creating interconnected universes where unforgettable characters and gripping stories keep listeners coming back for more.
Jason grew up in Polk County, FL, the oldest of three. Parents are retired elementary school teachers. He graduated with a Specialist Film Production degree from Full Sail in 1997.
